Ever since I switched to a healthier diet, I’ve noticed that my bloating has gone down significantly. I suspect that all the excess sodium I was having from processed foods was the culprit. Whenever I have a bit of a cheat meal, I always follow it up with this cucumber lemon ginger water because it helps with water retention and just feeling better overall after having some junk food. This is made with cucumber, ginger, lemons and cinnamon. I leave this is in the refrigerator overnight and have it first thing in the morning the next day. It never fails!

3 cups purified water
1 cucumber, cut into slices
1 inch ginger, peeled and cut into slices
2 organic lemons, cut into slices
1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Add all the ingredients into a pitcher and mix to combine.
