Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients
- 5 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, add the cauliflower florets, garlic powder, grated parmesan, olive oil and salt to taste.
- Toss to combine.
- Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25- 30 minutes, stirring halfway through through the cooking time, until the florets are golden and tender.
- Remove from the oven.
- Serve immediately.
