Ingredients

5 cups cauliflower florets

2 ½ tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a bowl, add the cauliflower florets, garlic powder, grated parmesan, olive oil and salt to taste.
  3. Toss to combine.
  4. Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25- 30 minutes, stirring halfway through through the cooking time, until the florets are golden and tender.
  6. Remove from the oven.
  7. Serve immediately.
