The Best Garlic Lemon Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower (Yum!)
I’m a huge fan of sheet pan recipes for a variety of reasons. Number one, they make it so convenient to make an incredibly healthy meal now that your whole family can enjoy together. Secondly, and perhaps most importantly, it’s super easy to clean up afterwards. No mess, no fuss. With that in mind, you guys are definitely going to want to check out this sheet pan recipe for making garlic lemon roasted broccoli and cauliflower. It’s a great way to bake a good amount of vegetables at once while still keeping it crisp.

The Best Garlic Lemon Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower (Yum!)

Ingredients
4 cups broccoli florets
4 cups cauliflower florets
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
salt, black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Arrange the cauliflower florets and broccoli florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Add the minced garlic and olive oil and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25- 30 minutes, stirring halfway through through the cooking time, until the florets are golden and tender.
- Remove from the oven.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with lemon zest.
- Toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
Yum!!! This is my new favorite roasted cauliflower recipe. Garlic roasted broccoli and cauliflower are my favorite, and I can never decide which one to make, so this is the perfect solution, lol.
