The Best Garlic Lemon Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower (Yum!)

4 cups broccoli florets

4 cups cauliflower florets

4 garlic cloves, minced

4 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp lemon zest

salt, black pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Arrange the cauliflower florets and broccoli florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Add the minced garlic and olive oil and toss to combine.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25- 30 minutes, stirring halfway through through the cooking time, until the florets are golden and tender.
  6. Remove from the oven.
  7. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with lemon zest.
  8. Toss to combine.
  9. Serve immediately.
