Coffee was a must for me in the morning, but ever since I started eating more mindfully, I’ve noticed that I’m less dependent on caffeine now for energy. The natural energy boost comes from good quality, nutrient dense foods and drinks. This recipe for lemon cucumber mint water has become one of my go-to drink recipes in the morning as a quick pick-me-up. For best results, use fresh mint stalks for these but if you can’t get your hands on the stalks, fresh mint leaves will do just fine.

Lemon, Cucumber, and Mint Infused Water (Refreshing and Energizing)
- Total Time: 3 minutes
- Yield: 2 1x
3 cups purified water
1 cucumber, cut into thin slices
2 organic lemons, cut into slices
2 fresh mint stalks (or 10 fresh mint leaves)
- Add all the ingredients into a pitcher, mix and let sit overnight into the refrigerator.
- Serve cold, with ice cubes optionally.
