Hot and Cold Lemon Mint Water for Healthy Digestion
Mint is such an excellent additive for those who have trouble with digestion. I love mint teas after a big meal or whenever I have a bum stomach because it usually alleviates any cramping and spruces me right up after without sending me running for the bathroom. For this recipe, you’ll need some turmeric, fresh mint leaves, raw honey and some lemon. Boil all the ingredients except for the honey on low heat for about 5 minutes. Once that’s done, strain it and leave it aside to cool until it’s comfortable to drink. You can add the honey right before serving.
