Honey and Lemon Sparkling Water for Nausea
I used to drink a lot of boxed juice in the past, but I realized that they were so full of refined sugar, it’s no wonder I was gaining weight. Ever since I switched to fruit-infused water, I feel so much better and I noticed that I’ve lost a bit of weight as well. Thanks to this lemon lime honey water, which has barely any calories, I can still enjoy flavored beverages without the excess sugars. It’s made with nutritious ingredients such as organic raw honey, lemon, ginger and fresh mint leaves. The ginger definitely gives this drink a bit of zing, but it turns out milder once all the ingredients are incorporated and mixed together. Enjoy this drink warm or cool, whichever you prefer.
