There’s nothing like ice-cold drinks in the summer to cool you down and perk you up. My healthy drink of choice if lemon water because it helps me with my weight loss goals well. I used to drink a lot of soda in the past so all the refined sugar definitely took its tool after a while. Since switching to lemon water, I’ve shed a lot of my bloat and some excess weight too since I’m no longer consuming too many calories from the sugar-laden sodas. This cucumber lemon water is incredibly refreshing and doesn’t require any additional sweetener thanks to the fragrant oregano leaves which add plenty of flavor.
Cucumber and Lemon Water – Infused Water for Weight Loss

3 cups purified water
1 cucumber, cut into thin slices
5-6 fresh oregano leaves
2 organic lemons, cut into slices
Ice cubes, to serve
- Add the ingredients into a pitcher, mix to combine and let sit overnight into the refrigerator.
- Add ice cubes into the serving glasses, evenly pour the water and serve ice cold.
