Ingredients

3 cups purified water

1 cucumber, cut into slices

1 inch ginger, peeled and cut into slices

2 organic lemons, cut into slices

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a pitcher and mix to combine.
  2. Let sit overnight into the refrigerator.
  3. Serve on an empty stomach.
