How to Make the Best Homemade Raspberry Gummy Fruit Snacks

Ingredients

1 cup fresh raspberries

1/3 cup freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice

2 tbsp honey

3 tbsp unflavored grass-fed beef gelatin powder

Instructions

  1. Place the raspberries, pink grapefruit juice and honey in a food processor and processes until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan and whisk in the gelatin.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium low heat until everything has dissolved, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Do not let boil!
  5. Strain the mixture.
  6. Pour the strained mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for minimum six hours or overnight to set.
  7. Unmold and serve.
  8. Keep the fruit snacks in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
