When people have skin problems, they automatically reach for skin care products but the problem could be stemming from something that is happening on the inside. For example, if you’re dehydrated, the answer isn’t to slather on moisturizer but to drink more fluids and hydrate. For me personally, when my lips start to crack, I know it’s time for my infused water for dry skin recipe. It’s so simple yet so effective, and the best part about this is I can drink it everyday without getting tired of it. It has kiwi, lime, peach, fresh mint and a bit of ginger for that hint of spice. Yum! Definitely something you should try regardless if you have dry skin or not.

Ingredients

3 cups purified water

1/2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into slices

1 lime, cut into thin slices

5-6 fresh mint leaves

1 peach, cut into slices

1 inch ginger piece, cut into slices

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a pitcher and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Serve ice cold.
