Light and Refreshing Infused Water to Help Relieve Stomach Cramps

By Evelyn

I came across this recipe when my husband had a bad case of stomach cramps after drinking one too many milkshakes. He was in pain but he wouldn’t admit it to me of course, so rather than make life more difficult for him and myself, I took the liberty of making my go-to recipe for stomach cramps and it worked like a charm. The secret to this recipe is the ginger, lemon, aloe vera and mint mixed together. These ingredients are all natural and have been shown to help ease stomach discomfort so it’s no wonder it’s become my go-to stomach cramp water.
