Peppermint Infused Water to Quickly Soothe an Upset Stomach
When I was pregnant with my first child, I had terrible morning sickness for the first four weeks of my pregnancy. It was a difficult time for me and I could barely eat in the mornings because of it. One thing that did help was having this infused water first thing in the water to soothe my stomach. It’s made with fresh basil, peppermint and some ginger. I love the potent flavor of ginger mixed with the fresh herbs. Ginger is great for alleviating nausea and stomach discomfort, and I really love how it’s all natural. Whenever my kids are feeling a little under the weather, I always make a batch of this to help them feel better. So far so good! If you have little ones in the house, be sure to bookmark this peppermint water for upset stomach for those little emergencies.
