12 cherry tomatoes

12 fresh basil leaves

12 mini mozzarella balls

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp balsamic vinegar

salt and black pepper to taste    

12 appetizer skewers


  1. On each appetizer skewer alternately thread the cherry tomato, basil leaf and mozzarella ball.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  4. Drizzle the mixture over skewers and serve.
