I’ve been having the best workouts of my life for the past few weeks. I haven’t switched up anything with my gym routine or anything like that. Instead, I started to make this 3-berry pre-workout protein shake recipe religiously before I go to the gym. And let me tell you guys, the results have been fantastic. It’s such an easy recipe to make too. Just throw your three types of berries (blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries) into the blender along with some yogurt, honey, chia seeds, freshly squeezed orange juice, and ice. You end up with a protein shake that tastes incredible while also offering up a ton of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, and more. Ingredients

¾ cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

¼ cup fresh orange juice
¾ cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ to 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
