Ingredients

¾ cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

¼ cup fresh orange juice
¾ cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ to 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
