Ingredients
1 bag cinnamon tea
1 cinnamon stick
¼ tsp ground turmeric
1 cup boiling water
raw honey or pure maple syrup to taste
Instructions
- Combine the ground turmeric, cinnamon stick, cinnamon tea and boiling water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Strain out the tea.
- Sweeten with raw honey or pure maple syrup to taste.
- Pour in a mug and serve.
