Ingredients

1 tsp loose green tea or 1 bag green tea

¼ tsp ground turmeric

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

1 ½ cups hot water

liquid stevia to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine green tea, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon and hot water and let it sit for 3 minutes.
  2. Strain out the tea.
  3. Sweeten with liquid stevia to taste.
  4. Pour in a mug and serve.
