1 bag cinnamon tea

1 cinnamon stick

¼ tsp ground turmeric

1 cup boiling water

raw honey or pure maple syrup to taste


  1. Combine the ground turmeric, cinnamon stick, cinnamon tea and boiling water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Strain out the tea.
  3. Sweeten with raw honey or pure maple syrup to taste.
  4. Pour in a mug and serve.
