I just find that enjoying a healthy green smoothie first thing in the morning really helps to set the tone for the rest of the day. My go to smoothie recipe lately has been this mucho mango green smoothie. I’m totally obsessed with it because it’s incredibly tasty and doesn’t taste like your typical green smoothie. Mangoes provide you with plenty of health benefits thanks to their high vitamin and mineral content. On top of the sweet mango, this recipe also includes pineapple, kale, and banana. These tasty ingredients help to add even more essential vitamins, minerals, fiber, and disease-fighting antioxidants into the mix. More importantly, they all come together spectacularly to produce a delicious tropical flavor that will have you coming back for more in no time.

Mucho Mango Green Smoothie (With Kale and Pineapple)

1 cup chopped mango, frozen
½ cup chopped pineapple, frozen
½ medium banana, sliced and frozen
1 cup packed chopped kale
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ to 1 cup ice (optional)
