Tropical Morning Infused Water – Tart and Tangy with an Island Twist
Start off your mornings with a hint of the tropics with this tropical morning infused water recipe. I like to pretend I’m by the beach sipping on margaritas and mai tais when I have this, because the flavors work so well together. It has coconut water, pineapple, lime, cucumber and fresh mint. Coconut water is great for hydration because it contains electrolytes, so if you’re an active person, this helps to replenish fluids lost during workouts and other physical activities. As an added bonus, it’s absolutely fantastic when served chilled.
