Probiotic-Rich Greek Yogurt Strawberry Banana Smoothie

By Evelyn

As someone who has had digestive problems in the past, I can say that having probiotic rich foods and drinks has become a mainstay in my diet. Probiotics are the “good” bacteria that help keep your gut healthy, so we try to get them from various food sources when we can. An easy way to increase your probiotic consumption is through shakes or smoothies. This strawberry banana smoothie contains Greek yogurt, which contains live active bacteria not to mention protein as well. Try this out as a snack, light meal replacement, or post-workout smoothie. Once you start making your own smoothies, you’ll become addicted.
