- 1 ¼ cup raw cashew nuts, soaked overnight
- ¼ cup water
- 1 ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
- salt to taste
- Drain and rinse the cashew nuts.
- Pat dry the cashew nuts with paper towels.
- Add all the ingredients to a high power blender and blend until smooth.
