2/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
6 tbsp honey
½ tsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp unflavored grass-fed beef gelatin powder
- In a small saucepan combine the lemon juice, honey, turmeric powder and gelatin powder.
- Heat the mixture over medium low heat until everything has dissolved, about 3-4 minutes.
- Do not let boil!
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for minimum six hours or overnight to set.
- Unmold and serve.
