Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Lemon Fruit Snacks

Ingredients

2/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

6 tbsp honey

½ tsp turmeric powder

3 tbsp unflavored grass-fed beef gelatin powder

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan combine the lemon juice, honey, turmeric powder and gelatin powder.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium low heat until everything has dissolved, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Do not let boil!
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for minimum six hours or overnight to set.
  5. Unmold and serve.
  6. Keep the fruit snacks in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
