Ingredients

1 cup light coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk

1 cup chopped fresh kale

1 cup chopped fresh pineapple, frozen

½ cup chopped mango, frozen

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tbsp fresh ginger, grated

¼ to ½ tsp ground turmeric (to taste)

pinch of ground black pepper

½ to 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
