Pumpkin Protein Balls

Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Protein Balls (Keto-Friendly)

Ingredients

2 tbsp granulated Stevia

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp pumpkin spice mix

1 tsp vanilla extract

9 tbsp coconut flour

½ cup cream cheese

3 scoops (3 oz)  vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine the protein powder, cinnamon, pumpkin spice mix.
  2. Add the cream cheese and vanilla extract and mix to combine.
  3. Slowly add the coconut flour, 1 tablespoon at a time until you get a dough you can shape with your hands.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes or until it’s hard enough to roll into balls.
  5. Form into 14 balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
  6. Freeze for minimum one hour.
  7. Keep the balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
