3 tbsp granulated stevia or other low carb granulated sweetener

1 cup almond flour

¼ cup cocoa powder

¼ cup chocolate protein powder

4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (more or less, as necessary)


  1. In a bowl combine the almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder and sweetener.
  2. Slowly add the almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time until you get a dough you can shape with your hands.
  3. Form into 14 balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Keep the balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
