Mighty Mango Fruit Gummies – Vitamin-Rich Fruit Snack Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup diced mango

1 ½ tbsp honey

1/3 cup 100% pineapple juice

3 tbsp unflavored grass fed beef gelatin powder

Instructions

  1. Place the mango, honey and pineapple juice in a high powder blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer mixture to a small saucepan and whisk in the gelatin.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium low heat until everything has dissolved, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Do not let boil!
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for minimum six hours or overnight to set.
  6. Unmold and serve.
  7. Keep the fruit snacks in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
