Ingredients

½ cup coconut butter,  softened

¼ cup coconut oil, melted

1/3 cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut

½ tsp ground turmeric

1 tbsp lemon juice

zest of 1 lemon

3 tbsp granulated Stevia or other low carb sweetener to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined.
  2. Spoon the mixture into ice cube tray.
  3. Freeze until hardened.
  4. Remove the fat bombs from the ice cube tray.
  5. Store the fat bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
