Low Carb Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

Low Sugar Metabolism-Boosting Peanut Butter Fat Bombs



For the peanut butter layer:

½ cup natural peanut butter

1 tsp ground cinnamon

For the chocolate layer:

¼ cup coconut oil, melted

¼ cup cocoa or cacao powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ tbsp granulated Stevia or other low carb sweetener to taste

¼ cup walnuts


  1. To make the peanut butter layer, in a bowl combine the peanut butter and cinnamon.
  2. Pour the mixture into ice cube tray, filling each cube about ½ full.
  3. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  4. To make the chocolate layer, place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined.
  5. Remove the ice cube tray from the freezer and spoon the chocolate mixture evenly over the peanut butter layer.
  6. Freeze until set.
  7. Store the fat bombs in an airtight container in the freezer.
