Life-changing Almond Flour Bread Recipe (Keto-Friendly)

Ingredients

2 cup almond flour

¼ cup psyllium husk powder

1 tbsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

4 eggs

¼ cup butter (or ghee), melted

½ cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Line an 8×4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment add the almond flour, baking powder, salt and psyllium husk powder and mix to combine.
  4. Add the melted butter, boiling water and eggs and mix until well combined and dough firms up.
  5. Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Smooth the top with spatula.
  7. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick, inserted in the middle comes out clean and the top is very hard like a bread crust.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing.
