Double Chocolate Keto Fat Bombs to Keep You Full and Energized

For the fat bombs:

¼ cup natural almond butter

¼ cup melted coconut oil

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder

2 tbsp coconut flour

2 ½ tbsp granulated Stevia or other low carb sweetener to taste

For the glaze:

3 oz dark sugar free chocolate, melted


  1. To make the fat bombs, in a bowl combine the almond butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, coconut flour and sweetener.
  2. Spoon the mixture into ice cube tray.
  3. Freeze until hardened.
  4. Remove the fat bombs from the freezer.
  5. Use two forks to dip each fat bomb into the melted chocolate.
  6. Shake a little to let the excess chocolate drip.
  7. Pop the fat bombs back into the freezer until the chocolate sets.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
