Low Carb Chocolate Cheesecake Fat Bombs

3 oz sour cream

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 oz butter, softened

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup granulated Stevia or other low carb sweetener to taste

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder


  1. In a bowl cream together the butter and sweetener.
  2. Add the cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla extract and beat until blended.
  3. Add the cocoa or cacao powder and mix to combine.
  4. Pipe the mixture into ice cube tray.
  5. Freeze until hardened.
  6. Remove the fat bombs from the ice cube tray.
  7. Store the fat bombs in an airtight container in the freezer.
