Jalapeno Cream Cheese Fat Bombs (The Best Keto Fat Bombs Ever)

For fat bombs: 

3 ½ oz full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature

¼ cup unsalted butter or ghee, at room temperature

¼ cup grated Cheddar cheese

2 jalapeno peppers, halved, seeded, and finely chopped

salt, black pepper to taste

For decoration (optional):

4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled


  1. In a bowl place the cream cheese, butter, Cheddar cheese and chopped jalapeno peppers.
  2. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  3. Mix to combine.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for one hour or until it’s hard enough to roll into balls.
  5. Divide the mixture into 10 balls.
  6. Sprinkle each ball with crumbled bacon (if using).
  7. Refrigerate for minimum one hour before serving.
