Instructions

  1. Add the horseradish, turmeric, ginger, chili peeper, onion, garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice to a food processor and pulse until chopped. 
  2. Transfer to a jar. 
  3. Add the raw apple cider vinegar and stir to combine. 
  4. Cover with a lid.
  5. Store in a dark, cool place for one month and shake daily.
  6. Strain the mixture. 
  7. Stir in the honey. 
  8. The tonic will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 year.
