Instructions

  1. In a large pot heat the coconut oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and cook for 4-5 minutes or until softened and translucent.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the broccoli, cumin and bone broth and bring the soup to a low boil.
  5. Cover with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the broccoli is fork tender.
  6. Add the Swish chard and cook until just wilted.
  7. Using an immersion blender or food processor or blender, puree the soup until smooth.
  8. Stir in the yogurt.
  9. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  10. Serve warm.
