Healthy Avocado Ranch Salad Dressing (No Oil, No Eggs, No Mayo)

- 1 medium avocado, halved and pitted
- 1 ¼ cups buttermilk
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 3 green onions, roughly chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp dried chives
- ¼ cup fresh dill
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- salt and black pepper to taste
- Place the avocado flesh, buttermilk, green onions, vinegar, garlic, dried chives, dill and parsley in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- Serve immediately.
