Avocado Alfredo Zucchini Pasta with Grilled Chicken and Bacon

½ cup milk of choice 

1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted

½ tsp garlic powder 

2 medium zucchini, cut into noodles 

10 oz grilled chicken breasts, sliced 

2 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 

2 tbsp olive oil 

salt and black pepper to taste   


  1. In a large skillet heat the olive oil over medium heat. 
  2. Add the zucchini noodles and saute until just tender and al dente.
  3. Remove from the heat. 
  4. Using an immersion blender, blend the avocado flesh, garlic powder and milk until smooth and creamy. 
  5. Pour the avocado sauce over the zucchini noodles and toss to combine. 
  6. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. 
  7. Top with grilled chicken, sprinkle with crumbled bacon and chopped parsley and serve.
