How to Make Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Detox Tea

2 tsp loose green tea or 2 bags of green tea

½ tsp ground turmeric

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

raw honey or pure maple syrup to taste

3 cups water


  1. Add the turmeric and water to a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium high heat and then remove from the heat.
  3. Add the green tea and let it sit for 3 minutes.
  4. Strain out the tea.
  5. Add the apple cider vinegar.
  6. Sweeten with raw honey or pure maple syrup to taste.
  7. Divide between two mugs and serve.
