Mindblowing Turmeric Chai Tea Recipe (To Fight Inflammation)

2 cups water

½ tsp ground turmeric

1 tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp ground ginger

1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

1/8 tsp ground cloves

pinch of black pepper

1 cup full fat coconut milk

raw honey or pure maple syrup to taste


  1. Add the water to a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium high heat and then remove from the heat.
  3. Add the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and black pepper and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain out the tea.
  5. Add the coconut milk.
  6. Sweeten with raw honey or pure maple syrup to taste.
  7. Divide between two mugs and serve.
