Nourishing Superfood Tortellini Soup (Packed with Energy)

  1. In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the bone broth, water and tomatoes.
  5. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the tortellini and cook according to package directions.
  7. When tortellini are almost done, add the swish chard and cook until just wilted.
  8. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  9. Divide the soup between serving bowls.
  10. Top with grated Parmesan and serve.
