¾ cup unsweetened almond or dairy milk

¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

¼ cup frozen cherries

1 scoop (1 oz) vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp unsweetened cacao or cocoa powder

1 tbsp natural peanut butter or other nut butter

1 tbsp flaxseed meal

liquid stevia to taste (optional)

½ to 1 cup ice


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
