Chocolate Almond Butter Paleo Protein Balls

Ingredients

2 tbsp hemp protein powder

1/3 cup almond flour

2 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp cocoa powder plus extra for rolling (optional)

2 tbsp almond milk

2 tbsp granulated Stevia or other low carb granulated sweetener to taste.

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you get a soft dough.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes or until it’s hard enough to roll into balls.
  3. Form into 10 balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
  4. Roll the balls in extra cocoa powder and refrigerate for minimum one hour.
  5. Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
