Refrigerator Paleo Protein Bars You Can Eat All Week

For bars:

¼ cup hemp protein powder

2 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp coconut flour

2 tbsp hemp seeds

3 tbsp maple syrup

4 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

For decoration (optional):

1 oz paleo approved dark chocolate, melted


  1. In a food processor place the hemp protein powder, cacao powder, coconut flour and hemp seeds and process to combine.
  2. While the food processor is running, add the almond butter and maple syrup.
  3. Slowly add the almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time until you get a dough you can shape with your hands.
  4. Divide the dough between eight 3×1,5 inch silicone molds and press firmly.
  5. Freeze for one hour.
  6. Remove the bars from the freezer and drizzle with melted chocolate (if using).
  7. Keep the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
