No Bake Protein Cookies for Chocolate Lovers

Ingredients

3 tbsp unsweetened finely shredded coconut

3 tbsp instant oats

1 scoop (1 oz) chocolate protein powder

3 tbsp cacao powder

4 tbsp natural peanut butter

3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 oz sugar free dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process to combine.
  2. Divide the dough into 12 balls.
  3. Shape each ball into a cookie and set aside.
  4. Refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
