The Ultimate Low Carb High Protein Paleo Sheet Pan Dinner



4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp melted ghee

2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

5 garlic cloves, minced

4 cups broccoli florets

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

3 tbsp olive oil

salt, black pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Lightly grease a large pan sheet. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl place the broccoli florets, 2/3 of minced garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil and salt to taste.
  4. Toss to combine.
  5. Spread the broccoli florets into an even layer covering about ½ of the pan sheet. (see note)
  6. Season the chicken with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Place on the prepared pan sheet.
  8. In a small bowl combine the melted ghee, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and remaining minced garlic.
  9. Drizzle the chicken with ghee mixture and toss to coat.
  10. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  11. Drizzle the broccoli with remaining lemon juice and toss to combine.
  12. Serve immediately.



If necessary use 2 trays or cook it in 2 batches.
