Easy Low Carb Almond Flour Banana Bread

3 eggs

3 ripe, small bananas, peeled

½ cup natural, smooth peanut butter

¼ cup butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup almond flour

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

pinch of salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line an 8×4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  3. Add the bananas, eggs, peanut butter, butter, and vanilla extract in a food processor and blend to combine.
  4. Add the almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt and process to combine.
  5. Pour the batter into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 40- 50 minutes or until a toothpick, inserted in the middle comes out clean.
