1/4 cup fresh kale leaves

1 green apple, cut into slices

1/2 kiwi, peeled and cut into slices

3-4 fresh mint leaves

1 lime, cut into slices

5-6 fresh parsley leaves

1 inch ginger piece, cut into slices

Ice cubes, to serve


  1. Add all the ingredients into a pitcher and infuse overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Serve with ice cubes.
