Grass-Fed Beef Protein Balls

Ridiculously Good Grass-Fed Beef Protein Balls (Try these!)

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ cup flaxseed meal

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg, lightly beaten

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried parsley

½ tsp salt

black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix to combine.
  4. Form into 30 balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
  5. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through.
  7. Serve immediately or keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
